What's included in our services?

Starter and Business are Cloudflare-based for static and CMS-driven sites (free hosting for the first 12 months). Professional adds a managed backend for commerce and SaaS-lite workloads. Enterprise is custom infrastructure with dedicated resources and an SLA. See the Packages page for full details.
Yes. We handle the full migration: DNS planning, content transfer, database export/import, SSL issuance, and cutover with zero visible downtime. Most migrations complete within a week of starting.
You upgrade to the next tier; the change takes effect immediately with pro-rated billing. If your traffic is bursty rather than sustained we can configure autoscaling on Professional and Enterprise so you only pay for what you use.
Professional includes service credits of 5% of the monthly fee per full percentage point below the 99.5% target (capped at 50%). Enterprise SLAs are negotiated per contract. Starter and Business tiers target 99% uptime without formal credits — we'll always make it right but not contractually.
